Determines how inventory is tracked and reserved for a variant.

Possible enum values

NONE: Does not track or reserve inventory.
TRACK: Tracks inventory without reserving units during checkout.
TRACK_AND_ALLOCATE: Tracks inventory and reserves units for active purchasing flows.
